Since its foundation in 1919, MEON has not stopped to develop further by specialising in concept development and implementation of toolings for: foundry, ironworks, cutting, thermoforming and composites.

Our great experience and our willingness to always go farther allow us to manage on 3200m² of workshop and offices surface all sorts of manufacturing constraints with the most advanced and performing technologies.

We master the complete chain of production from concept development of the part to its finishing.


Concept development of the tooling
They apply to the following domains:
  • foundry and aluminum die CAM of methodical plans for die-cutting and cutting tools, cast matrices, plastic injection moulds, composite tools.
Foundry toolings
This tooling production is based on our experience gained in wood modeling and our mastery in CAM and 3D machining. We are producing:
  • model plaques out of resin, cast or steel for construction sites SPO, GIMAT, DISA, OSBORN... core moulds in cast, steel or aluminium alloy for all CRONING procedures, boites froides gravity die for aluminium alloy finishing and completion tools
Cast matrices
A qualified and motivated staff realizes 3- and 5-axes machining.
Composite toolings
Our machining, digitalization, copying and CAD-means authorize the realization of the most complex toolings: moulding toolings, bonding, assembly and toolings for silicon parts.
